Requests/Agreement To be added to Contacts Lists

To contact anyone on the Contact List, your name must also be on the list.

I do not have addresses for everyone on the list. When this is the case, or if my address is no longer valid, I will list their names here so that others who might have information can provide it.

Submitting this form grants me permission to add your name. A confirmation request will then be sent to you to confirm that this request did come from you.

Contact's Class is the year in which the class of the person being contacted graduated, whether or not that person graduated.

A 'Public' reply will give me permission to send your email address to anyone on the list who requests it.

A 'Private' reply will require me to forward any request for contact to you without giving the requester your address.

The My Class field is the year that your class graduated, whether you graduated or not.

The School field is to provide any information about your graduation, attendance or other connection to Brown.
